About IMX
The International Minerals Exchange Hub (IMX) was originated by Hans de Villiers with the goal of providing modular full-suite mining, construction, transportation and energy solutions. Mike Lim has been named Chief Financial Officer, bringing with him over twenty years of experience and a long-standing partnership. He also has extensive multinational board experience and strong connections within Singapore-Inc. Niël van Staden has been appointed as Chief Investment Officer due to his like-minded adventurous spirit and deep knowledge in venture capital and financial services. He brings over 12 years of experience from his time at BNY Mellon in Europe. Hercu Herbst was appointed President of IMX Commodities, bringing with him over four decades of proven international leadership and expertise in the mining and commodities sector. His distinguished career spans gold, copper, cobalt, chrome, platinum, manganese, tantalite, diamonds, and coal. Willie SC Meyer was appointed as an executive director of the International Minerals Exchange, bringing a rich experience in the energy, mining, yellow equipment, bulk transportation and real estate sectors that includes a top notch global network.
The International Minerals Exchange is headquartered in Singapore under the registered entity, IMX Hub Pte Ltd.
